Executive coaching

Prior  to becoming a psychologist, I spent many years in corporate  leadership roles and have first-hand experience with the challenges  businesses and their executives face.  


Organizations that invest  in leadership coaching realize that people are their most valuable  asset, the key to a high-performing workplace. Yet, becoming an  exceptional leader requires a broad range of skills and capabilities --  few of us are born with all of them and most everyone can benefit from  taking the time to review what's working and learn new strategies. 

  

I combine a  strength-based approach consistent with positive psychology with the  latest psychological research to help executives broaden their  leadership skills and achieve their fullest potential.  


Typically, there are three parts to coaching, each undertaken in collaboration with executives:

  • Assessment & goal setting to identify desired changes in the context of the organization's mission and values, e.g., may involve 360 feedback and other measures
  • Implementation of a strengths and opportunities-based coaching plan tailored to the executive and organizational needs
  • Performance indicators taken at key intervals


Past clients have included technology companies; real estate and construction firms; and major hospitals.
